RE: Grading on APN 056-270-062; 6499 Toadtown Rd., Magalia
Dear Mr. Eckert:
On September 4, 2014 the Butte County Department of Public Works notified you that grading was being
performed on your property located at 6499 Toadtown Road, Magalia. Our department has subsequently
determined that the grading performed on your parcel does not meet the criteria for being in violation of
County Grading Ordinance (Ch. 13 Butte County Code).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and have removed the grading violation
restriction from county records. If you have any questions, please contact this office at (530) 538-7266,
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
