Subject: Resolution of 10-14-13 Notice of Violation
Dear Ms. Gilmore:
This correspondence is to notify you that the Notice of Violation issued to you on October
14, 2013 has been resolved and the hold placed on your property for issuance of Building
permits for this issue has been removed.
As a reminder any future grading that involves the movement of more than 50cubic yards
of material is required to have a valid grading permit unless the grading is being done in
conjunction with a valid building permit.
