NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Butte County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for Grading Permit GRD13-0001 (Curran, Travis) on May 22, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter, in the Butte County Board of Supervisors’ Room, County Administration Center, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, California as follows:
Project Information:
Project: GRD13-0001 (Curran, Travis)
Location: The project site is located at 65 Wind Ridge Drive, off Big Bend Road, in the community of Concow.
APN: 058-210-097
Proposal: The applicant is requesting a Grading Permit for past grading activities that disturbed 1.5 acres of the 9.73 acre property, resulting in the total excavation of 800 cubic yards.
In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Butte County has prepared an Initial Study/Negative Declaration (IS/ND) for this project. The IS/ND was filed with the State Clearinghouse for a 30-day review. A Notice of Intent to adopt the ND was previously published in the Chico Enterprise Record, with notices of the documents availability mailed to adjacent property owners.
The above mentioned application is on file and available for public viewing at the Butte County Department of Development Services, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965. Comments may be submitted in writing at any time prior to the hearing or orally at the meeting listed above or as may be continued to a later date.
