Review the following: Remarks: 1. A plan check and inspection fee of $489 is required prior to approval. 2. Note 10 of Map Book 173 Page 39 requires 45 lineal feet of trench with percolation dimensions of 24” deep by 36” wide per 1,000 square feet of hardscape. The reduced trench percolation dimensions of 12” deep by 24” wide that you are proposing requires 195 total lineal feet of trench. The total length may be divided into two or three trenches. 3. Identify storm drain trenches and length of trench to be constructed on plan with text because red pen photo copies black. 4. State on site plan that roof downspouts are to be connected to the storm drain leach trench. 5. Attach county standard S-38 (enclosed) to the site plan. NO ACTION REQUIRED: Per your request.
