Dear Tim,
I wish to request a six year time extension for the tentative map indicated above. The original
project number was TSM06-0012, which was approved by the Planning Commission on April 22,
2010, followed by The Board of Supervisors approval of the Rezone and General Plan
Amendment on May 11, 2010. The original expiration date was June 11, 2012. Various State
legislations extended the map approval to June 11, 2016. The market is finally improving and
our intent is to move ahead with the project as it becomes financially feasible.
I have enclosed the completed for DPL-1 and a check for the initial retainer fee in the amount of
$1,022.83. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Phased Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the 49.95 acres (two parcels) into four land use areas: single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial and
open space. The single-family residential will include 65 lots (53 standard and 12 custom). The multi-family area includes eight (8) parcels that will be developed with
125 dwelling units. The commercial area includes approximately 14 acres. The project also proposes approximately 11 .4 acres of open space (trails/detention ponds).
