All that certain real property situate in the unincorporated area of the County of Butte.
State of California, described as follows:
Being a part of the West half of the Northeast quarter (W % of NE %) of Section 10,
Township 17 North, Range 2 East, M.D M., and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of Section 10 in Township 17 Nol1h, Range 2
East, M.D.M., distant 20.25 chains east ofthe northwest corner of the northeast quarter
of the northwest quarter of said Section 10; running thence east along said north line
20.25 chains to the northwest corner of the east half of the northeast quarter of said
Section 10; thence south along the north and south center line of said northeast quarter
of said Section, 25.22 chains; thence west, parallel with the north line of said Section
