All that real property situate in the County of Butte. State of California, being more particularly described
as follows:
parcels 1 and 2 as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record in the Office of the Recorder. County
of Butte, state of california, on January 31, 1986 in Book 102 of Maps at Page 68, being a portion of the
Southwesl Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28. Township 21 North. Range 5 East, M 0.M.,
being more particularly described as followsl
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Parcel l, which point is shown as being marked by a % inch
reb;r tag6ed LS 3625 according to said Parcel Mapi thence leaving the Northwest corner of said Parcel 1
and the Point of Beginning and running North 87"53',08" East a distance of 350.00 feet along the North
line of Said Parcel 1-to the Northeast corner of said Parcel 1, which point is shown as being marked by a
% inch rebar tagged LS 3625 according to said Parcel Mapi thence leaving the Northeast corner of sard
parcel 1 and running South 07"08'12' East a distance of 180.24 feet along the Easterly line of said Parcel
1 to a point, which point is shown as being a calculated point according to said Parcel lvlap; thence
continuing along the Easterly line of said Parcel 1 , south '13"01'54" West a distance of 135.00 feet to a
