The land referred to herein is described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described as
follows:
Lots 5 and 6 in Block 2, as the same are designated and delineated on that certain map entitled,
“MAP OF JENKINS TRACT”, said map was filled in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Butte, State of California, February 12, 1906, in Book 4 of maps, at page 31.
EXCEPTING FROM said lots 5 and 6, all that portion thereof lying South of a line running
parallel with and 30 feet North of the centerline of Cleveland Avenue, as granted in that certain
Deed to the County of Butte, dated October 28, 1968 and recorded November 14, 1968 in Book
1543 of Butte County Official Records, at page 63.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the weekly 18.0 feet of said Lot 5
Above described lots are to be combined into one lot.
