Re: Tentative Map Time Extension Approval – MEXT15-0003
Dear Applicant:
At the Zoning Administrator meeting held December 2, 2015, your request for a Map Expiration Time Extension
(MEXT15-0003) for Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM08-0004 Walsh) was approved. Approval of the
application effectively extends the expiration date of TSM08-0004 for six (6) years from the date approval by
the Planning Commission. The new and final expiration date is November 12, 2021. Should you desire to
appeal any of the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you must do so in writing, prior to 5:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, December 16, 2015 to the:

Oroville, California, 95965
The appeal fee of $400.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 15 calendar-day appeal
period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
