Condition of Septic Tank: Excellent __ Good _X_ Poor __
The Inlet Pipe: Is in place and in working order at this time.
The Outlet Pipe: Is in place and in working order at this time.
The Leach Lines: Are in working order at this time.
The Septic System was inspected on 01/22/2015 Tank was not pumped at the time of
this inspection.
The septic tank should be pumped every 3-5 years to ensure proper working conditions.

NOTE: Inspected and pumped by another septic company. Homeowner repaired lid. System
appears to be in working order at this time
