General” in Magalia has been determined through review by relevant authorities that “Public Convenience or Necessity” will be served. It is our determination that the Alcoholic Beverage
Control license (type 20) be permitted. Enclosed you will find form ABC-245, and Butte County Board Resolution 95-089 authorizing the Department of Development Services to grant exceptions
to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control prohibition on granting new alcohol licenses in areas that have undue concentrations of existing licenses.
