Supervisor Teeter has ask that I respond to you with the following comments:
He feels that the issuance of another ABC license in this retail area would have little to no effect on community. Primarily, he feels it will just spread-out the sales of alcohol between
the existing vendors and the new outlet, neither discouraging or encouraging sales.
