Dear Chico Community Shelter Partnership:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors held April 12, 2016 the Festival License was
approved with conditions. The conditions of approval are attached to this letter.

The conditions required prior to the festival must be completed prior to the issuance of the Festival
License. Failure to complete the required conditions will result in the non-issuance of the festival
license.
