Minor Use Permit – MUP16-0003 Dear Applicant: At the Zoning Administrator meeting held May 25, 2016, your request for a Minor Use Permit for a drive through coffee facility at 13407 Garner Lane in Chico, California (APN: 006-400-059) was approved. As a requirement of approval, the applicant or property owner must agree to fully abide with the conditions of approval. Enclosed are two copies of the approved Minor Use Permit with conditions of approval. If you are in agreement with the conditions, please sign and return one copy to the Department of Development Services within fifteen (15) days after receiving this letter. Should you desire to appeal the decision by the Zoning Administrator, you must do so in writing, prior to 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2016 to the following address: Department of Development Services Planning Division 7 County Center Drive Oroville, California, 95965 The appeal fee of $400.00 must be paid at that time. If you do not appeal within the 10 calendar-day appeal period, the action of the Zoning Administrator is final.
