Dear Ms. Blocker:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors held December 8, 2015, the appeal by Butte
County Public Works on the removal of condition of approval #32 was denied and therefore the Board upheld
the Planning Commission’s approval of MUP15-0003.
The conditions of approval must be met within twenty-four (24) months from the date of approval by the
Butte County Planning Commission or the approval will be considered null and void. The applicant may
request an Extension of Time (Article 34, BCC Section 24-247 C), up to one additional year, with the Zoning
Administrator.
