BUTTE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Butte County Zoning Administrator will hold a public hearing
to consider an application for a Minor Use Permit (MUP15-0008) for MWB Properties, LLC on
November 4, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Development Services Department
Conference Room, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville.
Project Information
Project: MUP15-0008 Location: 3449 Hwy 32, at the intersection with Muir Avenue, west of Chico.
(APN: 042-100-047). Proposal: A request to construct a manufacture home to be used as caretaker’s
quarters to a permitted animal hospital (Chico Creek Animal Hospital).
Butte County has determined this project to be categorically exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) provisions under Sections 15303 & 15311 of the CEQA
Guidelines.
The above mentioned application is on file and available for public viewing at the Butte County
Department of Development Services, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965.
Comments may be submitted in writing at any time prior to the hearing or orally at the scheduled
hearing listed above or as may be continued to a later date. If you challenge the above application in
court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Zoning Administrator at, or prior
to the public hearing.
