HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE 13631 anderson brothers drive new building usesHi Dave,
At this point we are determining if the suggested uses noted by your broker apply to the Development Agreement (attached). FYI, the G-C zone does not apply, it is the Development Agreement
that controls this lot.
If we find that the uses are compatible, then there is the issue of County Wide Impact Fees, which have yet to be determined and can be expensive for retail space. We will run some numbers
for you.
There may also be an option for a Use Permit to allow for the proposed structure (as storage). These are the two scenarios we are working with.
I will keep you updated as things progress,
Thanks for your patience,

Subject: 13631 anderson brothers drive new building uses
Tristan, Please see the attached letter from our commercial real estate broker. These would be some of the uses we would be marketing towards which would include the uses I described
in my 2010 letter to Chris Thomas.
We have ordered our new building several weeks ago based on the letter I sent Chris thomas and his response. This building is already designed and manufactured and ready for delivery.
I really need to get this project moving forward and think that I can make it work with these kind of tenants .
Please let me know if you need anything further.
Thank you for your help,
