I was skeptic in regards to this permit for various reasons but for the
LLA we will allow it. Please proceed with the LLA with planning without
a DET on the premise that the county had validated the parcel with the
approval of this structure/permit in 1993.

047-020-015). Please let me know if this works for moving ahead on the
LLA application.
