Yes it is in the Ag zone. There is a Minor Use Permit in process with the Finding of Public Convenience and Necessity that would allow for the ABC type 20.
The use permit will allow for their Farm Store to sell off-site ag products and incidental off-site beer and wine.

I have received and reviewed your letter regarding the application for off-sale beer and wine license at 41 Skillin Lane. I do not see any law enforcement issues or concerns. I do find
it odd that it appears to be in an agricultural area. Is this for a winery?
