As previously discussed, it is currently zoned Medium Density Residential (MDR) (with 6,000 square foot lot minimums). The old zoning on your property was C-1. The current zoning designation was determined during the General Plan process, in consideration of the Oroville Sphere of Influence Pre-Zoning plan, which dictated a higher density residential zoning pattern. I have enclosed information on the MDR zone for your reference.
