This tower is an already existing cell tower. This is an antennae ADD for AT&T, not a first time install on an existing tower
as AT&T already has equipment and antennae located at this site.
There will be no increase in the height of tower. See the antennae outlined in dotted RED below – these are the
proposed antennae add onto the tower:
Now, see below. There will be no expansion of the existing lease compound area. AT&T is proposing no ground work in
this proposal:

TMS – time multiplexed switch
TMAS ‐ tower mounted amplifier
RRUS – remote radio units – the transceiver “brain” of the antennae
Raycap – surge suppressor

Hello!
AT&T is proposing an antennae modification at an existing 148’ self‐support structure located
at 9039 ESQUON, DURHAM, CA 95938.
The scope of work proposes to:
Add (3) new antennae;
Replace (8) existing antennae;
Add (6) new TMS;
Remove (3) existing TMAS;
Add (6) new RRUS;
Add (1) new Raycap; and
Add (3) new coaxial lines.

The notes in my system indicate the County of Butte allows for no zoning/straight to building
with scopes of work similar to this one. Please confirm we can proceed straight to building.
