Upon review of the proposed internet sales business (Almond sales) located at 2468
Marsh CT, Durham, CA 95938 Butte County Planning has determined that the use is
allowed by right, classified as a Home Office, per Section 24-162, project number: RFI16-
0387. There is no use permit necessary for the operation, as proposed. If in the future,
clients or employees frequent this location additional review will be required as well as
approval of a use permit. If you have any questions regarding this decision, please do not
