Jeff Lienert 2154 Medici Way El Dorado Hills, CA 95762 (916) 505-3683 Jeff.Lienert@sbcglobal.net SENT ELECTRONICALLY September 14, 2015 Butte County Planning Department 7 County Center Drive Oroville, CA 95965 Attention: Mr. Rowland Hickel RE: Request for a zoning clearance for a minor equipment augment to an existing T-Mobile communications site located 1110 West East Avenue, Chico, CA (APN: 042-070-197)(Site # SC06534A) Dear Mr. Hickel, T-Mobile is proposing to make a minor equipment adjustment to its existing cell site at 1110 West East Avenue in Chico as part of an on-going effort to remain current with the latest developments in technology and to best serve customers and other community interests who rely on that service. The proposed minor modification will consist of the following: ·Remove one (1) existing 2’ dish antenna mounted at 126’ on an existing 130’ lattice tower and replace with one (1) new 2’ dish antenna with one (1) radio attached to the back, also at 126’ AGL. It is my understanding that no additional zoning is required for T-Mobile. However, T-Mobile will apply for and obtain a building permit prior to doing any work.
