Rowland,
Here are the comments for this project:
Construction, installation or development of buildings and/or roads, driveways, gates and bridges on
parcels/lots shall comply with current Butte County Improvement Standards.
Prior to building construction, provide an all‐weather access of at least 10 feet wide for residential, and 20 feet
wide for commercial, and vertical clearance of 15 feet that will allow for ingress and egress and accommodate a
40,000‐pound fire apparatus to within 150 feet of all structures.
13.01‐1 Requirement Class 1
A pressurized water supply for fire protection will not be required. The developer will install an automatic fire
sprinkler system in all new residential structures in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association
standard for the installation of sprinkler systems in one and two family dwellings and mobile homes, NFPA
Standard 13D.

Hi Matt, I didn’t see any comments in Trakit for this project. The property is not located
in an SRA or High Wildlife Hazard Area (it’s in Thermalito). Are you going to have any
requirements/conditions? Thanks
