Dear Mr. McLaughlin:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Planning Commission held on February 25, 2016, your request for a Conditional Use Permit amendment to establish a security employee unit; temporary use
of a recreational vehicle, and relocation of the hazardous materials depot at the facility located at 1156
Oroville-Chico Highway, in Durham (APN: 040-120-033) was approved with conditions. As a requirement of approval, the applicant or property owner must agree to abide fully with the conditions,
as they were approved.
Enclosed are two copies of the Use Permit Conditions of Approval. If you are in agreement with the
conditions, please sign and return a copy to the Department of Development Services within fifthteen
(15) days after receiving this notice. If you are not in agreement with any of the conditions, you must file an appeal in writing, together with the appeal fee of $450.00. The written appeal and fee must be
submitted to the following address, prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7th: Clerk of the Board of Supervisors

The conditions of approval must be met within twenty-four (24) months from the date of approval by the Butte County Planning Commission or the approval will expire, and be considered null and void.
If additional time to complete the conditions of approval is needed, the applicant or property owner may
request an Extension of Time (Article 34, BCC Section 24-247 C) for up to one additional year from the date of expiration. To request additional time, a written request must be submitted to the Department
of Development Services no later than ten (10) days prior to the expiration of the approval.
